I had an emissions issue with my 2025 TRAX 2 times in 2 months, so they brought my car in and gave me a loaner, which was great and let me avoid finding transportation. It was about 3 weeks because the part had to be ordered. But again, I had a loaner, so that was fine. Just hoping I don't have any more issues since the car is brand new and has no miles.

Didn't have to wait too long

Advisor was great (Wesley). Service team not so much. Bought 4 new tires, 2 didn’t have caps on val stems which Wesley took care of. As for the gauges that show PSI on display they were not calibrated to correct locations.

The staff always backs up their work. Very polite as well.

prices are to high for me. i will not be returning. i came in for only service. i did not like the service. did not even check the air in my tires.

Service staff is always helpful and courteous. Always helpful in explaining what items are needed on my vehicle.

Truly a great experience from the initial visit through to the finalization. My sales guy, Scott Braswell, very knowledgeable. This is my second purchase from him. Highly recommend Scott and Gastonia Chevrolet.

Oil change/tire rotation went up by $40 over the last couple months, and there were multiple BS service suggestions on my vehicle. Tried to tell me my washer fluid reservoir cap was missing, yet I found the cap broken off and sitting next to the reservoir after I had just filled it the week prior and it was still there. Tried to tell me I had a leak, yet I park on the same exact concrete pad daily and there’s not a single drop anywhere. Tried to get me to pay an absurd amount for a new battery that I had just replaced last year. Tried to tell me I needed wheel balance and alignment, and this was also entirely unnecessary. Both cabin and air filters attempting to charge $75 each? Never coming here again.
